Standard commercial & technical guidelines governing calibration, validation, and equipment maintenance services provided by PAK METROLOGY SOLUTIONS.
PAK METROLOGY SOLUTIONS agrees to perform instrument calibration, cleanroom validation, equipment maintenance, and safety valve POP testing according to agreed quotations, purchase orders, and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited standard operating procedures.
All calibration certificates issued report measurement results at the time of testing. Traceability to primary national or international standards (NIST/NPL) is explicitly documented on each certificate along with expanded measurement uncertainty budgets.
Standard laboratory turnaround is 24 to 48 business hours upon receipt of instruments. On-site calibrations and cleanroom validation dates are scheduled in advance. The client is responsible for providing safe access to equipment and utilities (electricity/compressed air) during on-site callouts.
Payment terms are specified in the official proposal or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Certificates and validation dossiers are released upon completion of service and commercial clearance.
